SAPSA is a nonprofit, 501(3c), organization
made up of parents, teachers, and staff. SAPSA’s
purpose is to support, encourage, and enhance the learning
at St. Anthony Park School by providing funds and volunteers
for the enrichment activities that are so valuable to
the children.
SAPSA funds provide students with field
trips, art and music supplies, art residencies, library
books and shelves, physical fitness awards, enrichment
classes, support for the school patrol, classroom grants
for teachers, and much more. Decisions are made on teacher
requests at the monthly SAPSA Board meetings, usually
held on the third Tuesday of each month (check the calendar
for exact dates). Parents are encouraged to attend any
and all meetings.
SAPSA raises funds through individual
tax-deductible contributions, fund-raisers such as the
Fall Festival, the School Carnival, fall wrapping paper
sale, spring candy sale, and other activities and events.
SAPSA does not expect all families to participate in
all the fund-raisers. Choose a fund-raiser that fits
your family, or don’t participate if you are uncomfortable
with it. Do know that the money raised by SAPSA goes
to our students and programs that benefit their education.
