Welcome to the 2008 - 2009 school year at SAP!
Room 119 works hard during Reader's and Writer's Workshops, having book clubs, learning lots with Everyday Math, researching different animal habitats and building our community together. I'm starting my 16th year with St. Paul Public Schools and am deeply committed to public education. I have taught 8th grade, 5th grade and just love the 2nd graders I'm lucky enough to work with here at St. Anthony Park. Originally from Tucson, Arizona, I'm still a Wildcats Basketball fan, and tend to get a little Mad in March as the college tournament time rolls around. I attended Macalester College for my Bachelor's and the U of M for my Master's, so despite the winters, I have deep roots and am happy to be raising my young family here in the Twin Cities. I look forward to working with you and your child this year.
