October's Current Event is due the end of this month has been sent home.
For October's Book Report each student is to read a mystery book at a good reading comprehension level for them. This is a book your child has NOT read yet. This book report will be answering questions on an Orange form with a drawing to be done on the back. It will come home Monday. The Orange format works well for this month of October..

. The Second Grade Saints Reading Celebration forms have been sent home. Please remind your child to write down the title and # of pages as they finish a book. Reading 20 minutes a night is recommended in Second Grade.
